I WAS TRIGGERED AND WHY THE UNIVERSE TRIGGERS US BEFORE AN UP LEVEL.

I was triggered over the weekend and the universe wanted me to deal with it solo. How I identified the triggers, how I let it move through me, how I raised my vibration and a couple of days later am FEELING MY MOST EXPANSIVE SELF.

I went on a date. Old relationship wounds and body image triggers came up. Why I’ve been feeling stagnant.

What my ego did when I stepped into my next level and then retreated.
